Carelon Payments Move to Zelis on October 19. Register This Week or Expect Paper Checks.

Three situations, three answers:

Already on ZAPP Edge (the paid, multi-payer version) with another payer. No action. Log in to Zelis on October 19 and your Carelon payments and remittances are there.
On the free ZAPP with another payer. You still have to register with Carelon separately through the Carelon ePayment Center. The free version is per payer.
Not on Zelis at all. Register through the Carelon ePayment Center now. You will need your TIN or EIN, corporate name and principal, and bank routing and account numbers. A registration code comes by email; bank validation can take up to six business days.
