Mallow processes Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of covered entities. All PHI is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our Business Associate Agreements. PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is logged, and we maintain strict access controls.

We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with SOC 2 compliant data centers.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Clinical data retention follows applicable state and federal regulations. Upon account termination, we can provide data export and will securely delete your data upon request.
