Built by People Who Understand Behavioral Health

In 2003, our family founded a behavioral health practice in Maryland. We grew up inside it — answering phones after school, learning the work from the people doing it, and watching just how much it takes to run a community practice well.

Every software system we tried was built for a generic national provider. None of it was built for how a Maryland practice actually works — the rules, the timelines, the day-to-day reality. So we built the one we always wished we had.

Mallow is that system. Built by people who have lived this work for over twenty years, for the practices doing it every day.

    20 Years in the Making

Mallow didn't start in a tech accelerator. It started in a Maryland practice.

    Our Values

    Compliance First

We don't bolt on compliance as an afterthought. Maryland regulations and Medicaid requirements are foundational to how Mallow works.

    Clinician-Centered Design

If clinicians hate using the software, it doesn't matter how good the features are. We design for the people doing the work.

    Operational Transparency

Practice owners should see exactly where their revenue cycle stands at any moment — from session to reimbursement.

    Partnership, Not Just Software

We succeed when your practice succeeds. Onboarding, training, and ongoing support are core to what we do.
