MPRIME Is Live. What to Do in the First Week.

MPRIME is live and ePREP is retired. Four things to do this week, in order:

1. Create your MPRIME account and re-associate it with your existing Medicaid records. You will need your SDAT identification number.
2. If you have a clinician or program that was caught in the application hold, file now. The December 31 deadline for a backdated effective date is a hard one, and incomplete applications do not qualify.
3. If anyone on your roster is in suspended status, the update that resolves it must be filed before December 1 or the enrollment terminates.
4. Check revalidation dates for everyone through December and do them in MPRIME; do not wait for a notice.

Claims for services during the hold stay on hold until the enrollment is approved. Carelon's temporary courtesy authorization form remains in place for unenrolled behavioral health providers.
